What’s Going On? – Important Update About Your Account
We’re making some exciting changes behind the scenes to improve your experience with us! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be migrating your account to our brand-new platform.
This upgrade will give you better control of your subscription, a fresher look and feel, and a much smoother experience overall. Don’t worry – we’ve made the process simple, and we’ll walk you through it step by step.
Before your next order is due
You don't have to do anything before your next order is due. We’ll be moving your account for you, so you won't be able to access your 'old' dashboard, but you can still manage your orders like usual through your new dashboard.

Check your inbox
You’ll receive an email from us on the day we migrate letting you know that it's happened and there will be a link/button to visit your new dashboard. It's up to you if you'd like to have a look or not. Please note your email address & password won't work so you'll need to use this magic link to log in to your account. -
Visiting your new Dashboard
Once you're in, take a minute to check your subscription info (delivery address, dog’s profile, etc.) and make sure everything looks good. Your subscription frequency, next order date, add-ons and order history will all be automatically transferred. If you need to make any changes to your orders, you can do so through here, if you don't then -

When you're next order is due

Check your inbox
When your next order is due to process, you’ll receive an email from us with a "Quick Checkout' link and the option to visit your new dashboard. We'll send these 3 days before your next order is due, 1 day before your next order is due and on the day that your order is due to process, be sure to check your spam or promotions folders. -
Complete the checkout process
When you click the link, you’ll be taken to a checkout page that's prepopulated with your subscription order. Just enter your payment details, complete checkout and you're done. This is just a one-time step to secure your new account, any future orders will be auto-charged as per usual
That’s it! You’re all set up and ready to go.
How to Use Your New Dashboard
We’ve designed the new dashboard to be simple, clean, and easy to navigate. Here's a quick overview of what you can do:

You’ll find all of this in one tidy place when you log in. If you get stuck, there’s a help button right in the dashboard to guide you.
FAQs
Do I need to create a new account?
Nope! We’ll move your current account over. You just need to activate it by following the magic link in your emails and completing the checkout process when you're next order is due.
Will my dog’s feeding plan or order schedule change?
Not unless you want it to. We’re carrying everything over exactly as it was, but you can still update your frequency, change your next order date, etc, through your new dashboard.
Will I be charged again during the switch?
No – you will not be charged at all until you follow the magic link in your emails and complete the checkout process - this kickstarts your subscription again in our new
I didn’t get the activation email – what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Contact our support team and we’ll resend it.
Is the new dashboard mobile-friendly?
Yes! You can manage everything easily from your phone or tablet.
Can I still contact support if I need help?

Orders and Shipping
How often does my box ship?
Your shipping schedule is setup to match each individual dog’s needs. We auto-ship your next box to arrive just before your current box runs out.
How will I know when my next box is due?
You can login to your account, view your dashboard and see your current and next order details. You can always change, pause or skip your next order.
What if I run out?
Go to your account, view your Dashboard and click the ‘Reorder Now’ button. We’ll get an urgent order processed straight away. (Please note ship today orders receive on a weekend will be couriered on Monday morning). If you need to make changes to your delivery schedule, you can easily change your frequency.
When will my order ship?
Your first order: New orders received before 4pm will ship the same day on an overnight courier (2-3 days for South Island).
Repeat orders: You can see your 'Next Order' date on your feeding label and in your pet's profile. Orders are couriered out on your 'Next Order' date and you'll always get an email notification 3 days before a scheduled order so that you've got time to check things and make changes if you need. If your repeat order day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be couriered Monday morning.
