How can I log in using Magic Link?

Enter your email and we’ll send you a magic link (by email or text). Click it to go straight to your dashboard - no password needed.

The magic link will only work if your email address has an account linked to it, double-check your email address is correct if you don't receive the link.

How can I create a new password?

If you previously had a password with us:

  • Click “Forgot password?”
  • Enter your email address.
  • We’ll send you a reset link.

Once reset, you can log in with your email and password as usual.

How can I log in with Shop?

If your legacy email has been registered through Shopify, you’ll be prompted to log in with Shop instead. This sends you a one-time code (via email or text) that you enter to get in.

How can I change my next order date?

Changing Next Order Date 

1. Once logged into your dashboard, select change date

2. You're able to choose any next order date up to 3 months in the future. 

3. Your new order date will be reflected on your dashboard shortly after saving. 

Note: If you'd like to place an order immediately, please use the 'Reorder Now' function. 

Payments & Subscriptions

How does your dog food subscription work?

Our dog food subscription delivers healthy, NZ-made dog food to your door on a schedule that suits you. You choose your recipe, box size and delivery frequency, and we take care of the rest. You have full control through your dashboard & can update, skip or cancel anytime. 

When will I be charged?

Subscription payments are processed automatically before each scheduled delivery - usually around 7 am so we can get your order on the morning courier.

You’ll receive a 3-day email reminder before your order is processed in case you need to make any changes.

Can I change my delivery schedule?

Yes. You can adjust your delivery frequency, next order date or pause your subscription at any time.

We never want to lock you in, plus this flexibility helps reduce waste and ensures you only receive dog food when you actually need it.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Absolutely. If you’re going away, have extra food, or your dog’s needs change, you can skip or pause a delivery in just a few clicks.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard.

We’ll be sad to see you go, so if it’s something we did, we’d really appreciate an email at info@feedmyfurbaby.co.nz with feedback so we can fix it for others.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards commonly used in New Zealand. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.

ZIP Payments is available for one-off purchases.

Can I manage my subscription online?

Yes. You’ll have full access to your subscription through your online account, where you can:

  • Change recipes
  • Adjust box sizes
  • Update delivery dates
  • Skip, pause or cancel

Everything is designed to be simple, flexible and stress-free.

Shipping & Orders

How long does it take to dispatch orders?

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday (exl holidays). We generally pack orders within an hour of receipt & aim to get them on the next courier run. Pickups are between 9 am and 3 pm. Evening/weekend orders will be shipped first thing on the next working day.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes between 1-3 business days (North Island residential delivery is generally overnight!). Rural delivery may take an extra 1-2 days.

When does my first order ship?

We aim to get all orders dispatched ASAP. Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays will be shipped that day; overnight or weekend orders will be shipped first thing on the next working day.

Where do you ship to?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking link in your email.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes, you can collect your order from our office/warehouse in Mt Wellington, Auckland if you’re handy - just select Local Pickup as the delivery option at checkout.

We’re open for click & collect orders Mon-Fri between 8:30-4:00, but please reach out if a different pickup time suits you - we’re flexible!
