Shipping Costs
We ship nationwide across New Zealand using NZ Post and Post Haste.
We also have a warehouse at 172F marua Rd that is open business hours - you are very welcome to come directly to our warehouse to buy or collect your order to save on shipping costs.
Orders placed brefore 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days depending on your location. Most larger (dog food) orders to South Island are shipped Economy which can take 2-5 days.
Rural Deliveries are charged at an addiotnal $4.90 on the standard shipping rate and may add 1-2 days in some areas. RD is applied automatically at checkout (or re-order) based on your address.

Shipping rates
Below are our common shipping rates. All shipping rates are system generated at the time of your order and will be displayed either in the chekout (first/ one-off orders) or in your subscription dashboard.
Our shipping rates depend on three things:
- Your location — Auckland, rest of North Island, or South Island
- Your order size — based on total weight
- Whether you're a subscriber — subscribers save on every order

Larger orders
Orders over 20kg typically ship as multiple boxes, you may be charged an additional $8.00 per extra box, but this will show in checkout.
Zone definitions
- Auckland — postcodes 0600–0699, 0740–0757, 0810–0900, 1010–1072, 2010–2028, 2102–2154, 2540–2582
- North Island — all other North Island postcodes
- South Island — all South Island postcodes
Click and Collect
Click and collect is available on all orders. We typically pack orders within an hour of receiving them... but we can pack your order while you wait if you're in a rush... just pop in.
Changes to shipping costs
If your subscription details such as order size or location change your shipping cost will most likely automatically change (up or down) based on thoes changes - your subscription dashboard will display you shipping cost.
We reserve the right to make changes to our shipping pricing without prior notice but we alwyas do our best to minimise price changes and to keep you informed as best we can. If you have concerns that you were charged the wrong shipping rate, please contact us and we will be very happy to look in to this for you.
